SONG FOR AN OCEAN is an environmental statement that hopes to have people think about how precious an ocean is to us for our future. There is full production on many songs including the title cut: where Steve had the good fortune of having Carolee Mayne supporting vocals ala Homer's Odyssey’s "ocean sirens", Two Ways Of Life: having Jan Peterson playing cello, Directions and California Woman, (written for Stevie Nicks): where Steve had Roscoe James playing pedal steel. Eleven songs and twelve talented musicians were recorded over scores of hours. The songs are enjoyable to listen to reminding you of the material Gordon Lightfoot, John Stewart or Jackson Browne write. SOMEONE TO LOVE the "country" Steve Jordan CD including a mini hit EMMA is at CD Baby.com Downloads are offered at internet sites like Apple I-tunes & MusicNow.
